How Do I Review My Order?

  • Order Confirmation Email
    After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email containing a summary of your purchase. This email also includes a link to your order details.
  • Tracking Your Shipment
    A tracking number will be provided in your confirmation email. Simply enter this number on the postal service’s tracking page (linked in the email and in the footer of our website) to monitor your package’s journey.
  • Your Account
    If you have created an account with us, you can also log in to view and track all your orders in one place.

Why Hasn’t My Order Arrived?

  1. Delivery Date
    International orders shipped via express usually take 10 to 25 business days to arrive. In some cases, delays in customs may extend this timeframe by a few additional days.
  2. Delivery Address
    Please ensure that the address you provided at checkout is accurate. Orders are delivered to the exact address submitted.
  3. Delivery Signed
    If the tracking information shows that your package has been signed for, please check with neighbors, building reception, or anyone in your household who might have accepted it on your behalf.
  4. Shipping Delays
    While we strive to dispatch orders promptly, external factors such as inclement weather or other “acts of God” can delay your shipment. We appreciate your patience and understanding when such circumstances arise.
